Refund Policy

1. Overview

FiveForge is a subscription-based AI development platform. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

• •Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original payment.
• •Refunds are reviewed individually.
• •Refunds are generally not available after substantial use of the service.
• •Partial subscription periods are not refundable.
• •Renewals may not be refundable if the subscription has already been used.

3. Accidental Charges

If a customer believes they were charged accidentally or due to a billing error, they should contact support immediately.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

5. Fraud Prevention

FiveForge reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
