By accessing or using FiveForge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FiveForge provides an AI-powered development environment designed for FiveM server creators. The Service includes workspace intelligence, code generation, resource management, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by FiveForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code you generate using the Service. However, you grant us a license to use your generated content for the purpose of improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

FiveForge is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or revenue loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the settings page.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
